Orlando, Florida — serving families locally and virtually

A doula is someone who supports you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum in a way that is both practical and intentional.
I offer physical, emotional, and educational support so you feel informed, supported, and connected to your body throughout the process. I believe every family deserves to feel empowered in their choices, which means having the knowledge and space to make decisions that feel right for you.
I am not a medical provider — I'm here to guide, to support, and to hold space as you move through this transition.
Yes. I support families birthing in hospitals, birth centers, and at home.
My role is to help you feel prepared, supported, and confident in your environment — whatever setting you choose. I provide continuous support, help you understand what's happening, and offer comfort measures and guidance so you can move through your birth feeling more at ease and in control.
Ideally during the second trimester, but I welcome families at any stage. The sooner we connect, the more time we have to build a relationship and prepare together.
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans and sliding-scale options.
Yes! We are proud to accept Sunshine Health Florida Medicaid Insurance. Contact us for details on coverage and eligibility.
My approach is rooted in a blend of ancestral wisdom, evidence-based education, and a strong focus on the mind–body connection.
I don't just show up for your birth — I help you prepare for it. That includes making sure you feel informed, supported, and empowered to make decisions that align with you and your family.
I also place a strong emphasis on personalized care. Every family is different, so our time together is centered on your needs, your concerns, and your vision for your experience.
At the core of my work is making sure you feel confident and supported as you move through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
